Fix Guys Service is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent home service professionals (“Handymen”).
We do not employ professionals directly. Each professional operates as an independent contractor.
Fix Guys provides:

2. User Eligibility
To use Fix Guys Service, you must:

3. Booking & Service Requests

Fix Guys is not responsible for the accuracy of job descriptions provided by customers or professionals.
4. Payments
4.1 Payment Methods
Fix Guys supports:

Cash on Delivery (if allowed by the professional)

Promotional or discount codes (if applicable)
4.2 Escrow
For online payments:

Fix Guys collects payment on behalf of the professional

Funds are released after job completion

Disputes may temporarily delay payouts
4.3 Fees & Commissions
Professionals agree to the platform’s service fee structure.
Cash-on-delivery bookings may be commission-free, depending on your plan and platform settings.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Customers may cancel:

Free of charge before the professional accepts

A fee may apply after acceptance or within short notice
Professionals may cancel:

With valid reason (illness, emergency)

Excessive cancellations may result in account penalties
Refunds for online payments are processed back to the original payment method and may take 3–10 business days.
6. Responsibilities of Customers
Customers agree to:

Treat professionals with respect
Customers are responsible for evaluating the skills, experience, and qualifications of any professional.
7. Responsibilities of Professionals (Handymen)
Professionals agree to:

Arrive on time

Complete tasks safely and professionally

Maintain proper licenses (where required by law)

Follow all platform rules and local regulations
Professionals act as independent contractors, not employees of Fix Guys.
8. Ratings & Reviews
Customers may provide ratings and feedback after services.
By posting a review, you grant Fix Guys the right to display and use that content.
Abusive, misleading, or false reviews may be removed.
9. Insurance & Liability
Fix Guys Service does not provide insurance coverage for professionals or customers.
Each professional is responsible for:

Loss of property

Service quality disagreements
Our role is limited to operating the booking platform.
10. Disputes

11. Account Suspension & Termination
Fix Guys may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Fraud

Abuse

Nonpayment
-
Violation of platform policies

Unsafe or illegal activity
